CCAM wire

Copper Clad Aluminium Magnesium alloy wire /CCAM wire

CCAM wire is a new generation high strength product, which promotes on the basis of CCA wire. It adopts aluminium magnesium alloy as the core and plates copper layer concentrically on the surface. Its electrical and mechanical properties are between copper wire and aluminium magnesium alloy wire. It possesses the good conductibility of copper wire, and light weight and good shielding property of aluminium magnesium alloy wire.

Advantages

Specific gravity ratio of CCAM wire and copper wire is 1:2.5, when diameter and weight are the same, length of CCAM wire is 2.5 times of copper wire. So it possesses advantages of light weight, low cost, no fracture during process, good tensile propety etc.

1. Coaxial cables of CATV, soft coaxial radio frequency cables, acoustic frequency and video lines

2. Network connecting lines

3. Data transmission cables, vehicle signal cables

4. Other signal transmission
